Welcome to Daniela Plants. By using our services—including Soil Amendment, Retaining Wall Construction, Hedge Pruning, Landscape Maintenance, and Tree Planting—you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

  • Soil Amendment: Improving soil quality with organic or mineral treatments for optimal plant growth.

  • Retaining Wall Construction: Building durable and aesthetic walls to prevent erosion and support landscaping structures.

  • Hedge Pruning: Shaping and maintaining hedges for safety and appearance.

  • Landscape Maintenance: Ongoing care of lawns, plants, and garden areas.

  • Tree Planting: Professional planting and initial care to promote tree survival and growth.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site details and property access for scheduled work.

  • Secure pets, children, and belongings away from work zones.

  • Obtain necessary permits for retaining wall construction or major landscaping work.

  • Follow provided aftercare instructions for trees and other plantings.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are due in advance or according to agreed project milestones.

  • Additional costs may apply for unforeseen site conditions or material changes.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before service commencement for a refund (excluding purchased materials).

  • No refunds are issued once services such as soil amendment or tree planting have been completed.

  • Partial refunds may apply for unfinished projects, subject to agreement.

6. Service Warranty & Limitations

  • Daniela Plants ensures professional-grade services but does not guarantee plant survival due to soil, weather, pests, or lack of client aftercare.

  • Retaining wall construction is warrantied for workmanship, not for issues caused by natural disasters, poor soil conditions, or unauthorized alterations.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site issues, underground utilities not disclosed by the client, or misuse of our services.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property
Designs, layouts, and construction plans remain the intellectual property of Daniela Plants unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or violation of these Terms.
